What's Inside?
We’ve created a little care box to help new moms feel nourished and supported: a wholesome breakfast, two comforting meals, a restorative broth, and two functional snacks. One for her sweet tooth and one for her savory cravings. You can also choose a vegetarian option if you prefer. Each container has 2-3 servings, so she can enjoy comforting meals with less effort, giving her more time to focus on taking care of herself and her little one during this first overwhelming week. These are the options we propose for a full box. We can customize it to your wishes and create a smaller box for a smaller price.
Nourishing Banana & Nut Butter Porridge – A cozy, warm breakfast of oats, with banana, dates, chia seeds and flaxseeds, cinnamon, cardamom, and organic cacao and topped with nut butter and fruits.
Ayurvedic Rice Pudding – A powerhouse when it comes to postpartum recovery. It is packed with nutrients that support digestion, balance hormones, and provide the warmth her body craves during healing. The spices cinnamon, cardamom, and ghee help ground the system and promote deep nourishment. It’s comforting for the belly and satisfying sweet.
Lentil chili – Nutrient-rich comfort food made with brown lentils, tomatoes, spinach, garlic, onion, ginger, turmeric, and garam masala. It’s rich in fiber, iron, protein, calcium, and vitamin C which are important for maintaining energy levels and overall health, especially during breastfeeding. The combination of ginger, turmeric, and garam masala will promote good digestion, these spices can help if you have digestive issues.
Restorative Bone Broth – A rich, collagen-packed bone broth to promote gut health, support recovery, and provide deep nourishment.

The broth and fresh herbs provide hydration and essential nutrients to strengthen the body.
Coconut Oat and Date Energy Balls – High protein, a nutrient-rich snack made with dates, oats, peanut butter, coconut oil, coconut, cacao, and nuts. This is one of the best lactation bites moms can eat. Both oats and dates can increase milk production + it’s a great snack to boost your energy made with healthy fats and fibers.
Kale and Bacon Quiche - Savory quiche made with eggs, cream, bacon, baby kale, and red onion. Quiche is a popular postpartum meal because it’s an energy-packed comfort food.
